Community Guidelines
These guidelines describe how we expect people to behave on Tasksyy, so that the marketplace stays a fair and professional place to work.
1. Purpose
Tasksyy connects Employers and Freelancers who may never meet in person. These guidelines set out the behaviour that makes that work.
They apply to everyone on the platform, in every listing, message, proposal, review and file.
2. Be Professional
Communicate clearly and courteously. Reply to messages within a reasonable time, and tell the other person if a timeline changes.
Keep your listings, proposals and profile accurate. Do not overstate your skills, experience or results.
To support marketplace standards and dispute handling, we ask that listings, proposals, project communications and dispute logs be written in clear English.
3. Honest Listings
Describe your services, delivery times and prices accurately, and deliver what you describe.
Do not use another person's work, portfolio or credentials as your own.
Do not post work that is unlawful, that infringes another person's rights, or that is prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Review Integrity
Reviews and ratings should reflect a genuine experience with a service, project or transaction.
You must not:
- Create fake reviews.
- Offer or request payment in exchange for a particular review.
- Threaten another user over a review.
- Manipulate ratings through fake accounts or transactions.
- Use a review to publish private or unrelated information.
Tasksyy may take action against reviews or related activity that breaches these guidelines.
5. Respect
Do not harass, threaten, stalk or discriminate against another user.
Do not publish another person's private information without their consent.
Do not share another person's passwords, authentication codes or payment credentials.
6. Confidentiality
Respect the confidentiality of client materials, files and any non-disclosure agreement you have signed.
Do not reuse, publish or resell a client's materials without permission.
7. Staying On-Platform
To support the milestone release process and dispute handling, we ask that communications and payments between Employers and Freelancers take place through Tasksyy.
Do not publish, request or exchange contact information, or take payment off-platform, in order to avoid platform fees.
Where technical work genuinely requires credentials, use platform-approved credential managers or limit access to the roles that need it.
8. Enforcement & Appeals
Where these guidelines are breached, Tasksyy may take action under the enforcement ladder in our Acceptable Use Policy.
You may appeal a decision by writing to legal@tasksyy.com within 30 days. A reviewer who was not involved in the original decision will consider the appeal.
9. Changes to These Guidelines
Tasksyy may update these guidelines from time to time. When we make material changes, we will give reasonable prior notice before they take effect, for example by updating the "Last updated" date on this page and by a platform notice or email, and where required by applicable law we will ask for your express consent.
