Your money is held safely by a secure third-party escrow partner until the work is done and you approve it. Buyers pay a small 5% protection fee, freelancers pay a 10% platform fee. 1. Welcome to Tasksyy
Tasksyy is a marketplace where clients and freelancers meet to get work done — automation, marketing, web dev, design, content, and more.
By using Tasksyy, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. You must be 18 or older to create an account.
2. How Tasksyy Works
If you're hiring
- Post a project or pick a freelancer's gig
- Fund it through our secure escrow — money is safe until you're happy
- Review the delivered work and release payment when satisfied
If you're a freelancer
- Build your profile and set up your gigs
- Deliver work on time and as agreed
- Get paid to your wallet once the client approves
Keep it on Tasksyy
All payments must go through Tasksyy. Taking a deal off-platform to dodge fees isn't allowed and can get your account closed, with any pending funds forfeited.
3. Payments & Fees

Example
On a $100 order: buyer pays $105, freelancer receives $90, and Tasksyy plus our escrow partner share the rest for keeping things safe.
Your money is held by an independent, secure escrow provider — not by Tasksyy directly — until the order is approved. Withdrawals to freelancers typically take 1–5 business days, depending on the payout method.
4. Refunds & Disputes
Didn't get what you paid for? You may be entitled to a refund if the freelancer doesn't deliver, delivers something very different from what was agreed, or goes silent.
- Try to sort it out with the other person first, through platform messages
- If that doesn't work, open a dispute from your order page
- Our team reviews the evidence and makes a fair, final decision — usually within 5–7 business days
If you don't respond to a completed delivery within 7 days, it's automatically approved and paid out. The 5% escrow fee is non-refundable, except in confirmed cases of fraud or a platform error.
5. The Basic Rules
- Be honest — accurate profiles, real skills, real information
- Be respectful — no harassment, discrimination, or abuse
- Keep client info private and don't use anyone else's copyrighted work as your own
- No fake reviews, scraping, bots, or gaming the system
- Pay your own taxes — we don't withhold or file on your behalf
Breaking these rules can lead to a suspended or closed account, and forfeited funds where fraud or abuse is involved. We may also remove content or listings that break these rules without prior notice.
6. Who Owns the Work
Once a project is completed and paid for, ownership of the finished work passes to the buyer, unless both sides have agreed something different in writing beforehand. Freelancers are welcome to keep a copy for their own portfolio, unless the buyer has specifically asked for full confidentiality.
Everything about Tasksyy itself — our name, logo, website design, and platform — belongs to Tasksyy International LTD. You're welcome to use the platform, but please don't copy, resell, or repurpose our brand or software without permission.
7. Our Role — Please Read
Tasksyy is a marketplace that connects buyers and freelancers. We are not a party to the work agreement between you and the other person, and we don't employ freelancers.
No Guarantees
We do our best to keep Tasksyy safe and fair, but we can't guarantee the quality, timing, or outcome of any project, or that a buyer will approve and release payment. Results naturally vary from one freelancer and one project to the next.
We're not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by our escrow or payment partners. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the past three months. By using Tasksyy, you agree to use it at your own discretion and take responsibility for your own decisions on the platform.
8. Changes & Governing Law
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we'll notify you by email or a notice on the platform. Continuing to use Tasksyy after that means you accept the update.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays valid.
