1. Marketplace Framework

Tasksyy is an online freelance marketplace platform operated by TASKSYY INTERNATIONAL LTD (Company Number: 17088961), registered at 2a Connaught Avenue, London, United Kingdom, E4 7AA ("Tasksyy", "we", "us", or "our").

Tasksyy provides the technology, infrastructure, milestone escrow workflow, and marketplace environment connecting Employers (Buyers) and Freelancers (Sellers) to communicate, request custom Projects, list fixed-price Services, submit Proposals, and complete digital deliverables.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Tasksyy acts solely as a venue and marketplace operator. Tasksyy does not directly perform, supervise, or control the freelance services delivered by Freelancers.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of forming binding contracts to register an account on Tasksyy.

When creating an account, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. Maintaining false or deceptive profile information is strictly prohibited.

Single Account Policy: Users may register and maintain only one active account. Renting, buying, selling, or transferring account ownership is strictly forbidden.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account. You must notify Tasksyy support immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

3. Employer & Freelancer Roles

Employers

Employers use Tasksyy to discover service offerings, publish custom Projects, evaluate Proposals, and collaborate with Freelancers. Employers must provide clear, complete requirements and credentials necessary for project execution.

Freelancers

Freelancers create fixed-price Service listings, submit Proposals for Projects, and deliver digital work. Freelancers guarantee that they possess the skills, qualifications, and legal authority required to execute offered work.

Communication Standard: To maintain marketplace standards and ensure effective dispute handling, all primary listings, proposal details, project communications, and dispute logs must be in clear English.

4. Independent Contractors

Freelancers registered on Tasksyy are independent service providers. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between Tasksyy and any Freelancer.

Freelancers retain full authority over their schedule, location, and methods of work execution, subject strictly to agreed project milestones and requirements.

Freelancers are solely responsible for calculating, reporting, and remitting all personal or corporate income taxes, statutory contributions, permits, and business licenses arising from earnings collected through Tasksyy.

5. Services, Projects, Proposals & Delivery

Fixed-Price Services

Services represent predefined freelance deliverables listed by Freelancers. Descriptions, delivery timelines, add-ons, and pricing must be accurate and unambiguous.

Custom Projects & Proposals

Employers post Projects specifying scope, budget, and expectations. Interested Freelancers submit Proposals outlining technical approach, cost breakdown, and timeline.

Deliverables & Auto-Acceptance Review Period

All finished work must be uploaded directly through the Tasksyy order delivery panel. Upon delivery submission, Employers have a 3-calendar-day review window (or agreed milestone duration) to inspect Deliverables.

If an Employer takes no action and opens no formal revision or dispute request within the 3-day review window, the deliverable will automatically accept, and milestone escrowed funds will release to the Freelancer’s wallet balance.

6. Payments, Wallet & Marketplace Transactions

Checkout payments, card processing, and account deposits are securely processed through built-in checkout systems operated by authorized payment processor partners (including Bachs.io).

Tasksyy Wallet & Escrow: Employer deposits are credited to their Tasksyy Wallet balance. When a Project or Service order begins, required funds are locked in milestone escrow. Escrowed funds are held securely until released upon explicit Employer approval or auto-acceptance.

7. Off-Platform Transactions & Non-Circumvention

To protect users, guarantee milestone escrow safety, and enable dispute resolution, all communications and financial transactions between Employers and Freelancers must remain exclusively on Tasksyy.

Ban on Sharing Contact Information: Users are strictly prohibited from publishing, requesting, or exchanging Contact Information (email, phone numbers, Telegram, WhatsApp, direct payment links) on profiles, job posts, messages, or deliverables.

Operational Exceptions: Where technical project execution strictly requires credentials (e.g., repository access, AWS/server logins, domain DNS configuration), users must utilize platform-approved credentials managers or limit access strictly to necessary technical roles.

Enforcement Window & Penalties: This non-circumvention obligation applies during active platform use and for 12 months following initial user contact on Tasksyy. Soliciting or processing external payments (direct wire, off-platform PayPal, crypto) will result in immediate wallet freeze and permanent account termination.

8. Credits

Tasksyy utilizes a platform credit system to regulate marketplace activity and maintain ecosystem quality.

Employers utilize platform credits to publish Projects, and Freelancers use credits when submitting Proposals. Credits confirm intent, safeguard the marketplace against automated bots, and prevent low-quality spam submissions.

Credits represent internal platform-use utilities. They carry no monetary value outside Tasksyy, cannot be withdrawn as fiat cash, and are non-transferable between accounts.

9. User Content & Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of proprietary content uploaded to Tasksyy (such as portfolio items, logos, and profile descriptions). By uploading content, you grant Tasksyy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote your content to operate the marketplace.

Deliverable Ownership Transfer

Upon successful release of milestone escrow funds from the Employer to the Freelancer, all intellectual property rights and ownership in the completed Deliverables transfer automatically to the Employer, unless customized licensing terms were explicitly agreed prior to project launch.

Platform Branding

Tasksyy’s name, logo, site design, code, graphics, and interface assets are protected under copyright and trademark laws and may not be copied or repurposed without express written authorization.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users must act lawfully and respectfully at all times. You agree NOT to offer, request, or engage in:

• Deceptive financial schemes, unauthorized token promotion, or fraudulent services.
• Malware distribution, credential harvesting, hacking tools, or phishing scripts.
• Academic dishonesty, plagiarism services, or falsified official documentation.
• Copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement.
• Automated bot activity, proposal scraping, or fake review manipulation.
• Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, or off-platform coercion.
• Circumventing platform fees, wallet escrows, or transaction procedures.

Tasksyy actively investigates suspicious activity and reserves the right to restrict features, freeze balances, or terminate non-compliant accounts.

11. Identity Verification & Security

To ensure secure payments and combat fraud, Tasksyy may require users to complete identity verification (KYC) or business verification protocols.

Verification may be required prior to funding wallets, posting large Projects, unlocking higher withdrawal limits, or requesting weekly payouts.

Failure to provide accurate, requested verification documentation within reasonable timelines may result in temporary transaction holds or account restrictions.

12. Disputes Between Users

If a disagreement arises regarding deliverable quality, scope compliance, or milestone completion, Employers and Freelancers should first attempt resolution through platform messaging.

If mutual agreement cannot be reached, either party may open a formal Dispute. Tasksyy dispute specialists will evaluate project parameters, uploaded submission files, revision logs, and platform communications to render a final binding administrative decision regarding escrowed funds.

Tasksyy cannot mediate or assist with disputes arising from work or payments attempted outside the Platform.

13. Suspension & Termination

You may close your Tasksyy account at any time, provided you have no active orders, pending disputes, or outstanding wallet obligations.

Tasksyy reserves the right to suspend or permanently deactivate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, attempt fee circumvention, or post illegal content.

In the event of account termination due to severe breach or fraudulent activity, Tasksyy reserves the right to freeze remaining wallet balances to compensate affected victims or cover payment chargeback claims, subject to applicable law.

14. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Tasksyy and its services are provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Tasksyy does not warrant that the marketplace will operate uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that Freelancer deliverables will achieve specific commercial results for Employers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tasksyy shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, or data corruption arising from your use of the platform.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tasksyy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

16. Changes to These Terms

Tasksyy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and provide notice through platform banners or email notifications.

Continued use of Tasksyy following updated Terms constitutes your full acceptance of the revised conditions.

17. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any non-contractual obligations or disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any legal suit, action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of Tasksyy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
