1. Scope

This policy applies to everyone who uses Tasksyy — Employers, Freelancers and visitors — and to all content and activity on the platform, including profiles, listings, proposals, messages, files, reviews and transactions.

It forms part of the Terms of Service. Breaching it is a breach of your agreement with Tasksyy.

Tasksyy may update this policy as described in section 7.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not post, upload, request or share content that:

  • Is unlawful in the country where you or the other user is located.
  • Is child sexual abuse material.
  • Promotes terrorism or violent extremism.
  • Infringes copyright, trade marks or other intellectual property rights.
  • Contains malware, spyware, ransomware or credential-harvesting code.
  • Is sexually explicit.
  • Offers or promotes weapons, controlled drugs or regulated substances.
  • Helps anyone evade sanctions or export controls.
  • Is academic cheating material, including completed assignments offered for submission as a student's own work.

This list is not exhaustive. Tasksyy may treat comparable content as prohibited.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the platform or its data.
  • Use bots or automated tools to post, apply or message, except through features we provide.
  • Buy, sell, rent or share accounts.
  • Take payment or communicate off-platform to avoid platform fees.
  • Manipulate reviews, ratings or order records.
  • Harass, threaten, stalk or discriminate against another user.
  • Publish another person's private information without their consent.
  • Share your login credentials.
  • Impersonate another person or a Tasksyy employee.
  • Misrepresent your skills, qualifications, portfolio or results.

4. Enforcement Ladder

Where Tasksyy finds a breach, it may take one or more of the following steps, depending on the nature and seriousness of the activity, the evidence available and the law that applies:

  1. A warning.
  2. Restricting a feature, such as messaging or posting.
  3. Removing or restricting content.
  4. Suspending the account.
  5. Terminating the account.

Tasksyy may also delay or review a transaction or withdrawal while it investigates.

Tasksyy may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities where the law requires or permits it.

5. Reporting a Breach

Report a breach to support@tasksyy.com or legal@tasksyy.com. Include the account or user involved, the relevant listing, project or transaction, a description of what happened, and any evidence such as messages or screenshots.

Do not submit a report you know to be false or misleading.

6. Appeals

If Tasksyy restricts or closes your account, you may appeal by writing to legal@tasksyy.com within 30 days of the decision.

Include your account details, the decision you are appealing and why you consider it was wrong.

A reviewer who was not involved in the original decision will consider the appeal. Tasksyy will tell you the outcome in writing.

An appeal does not remove any legal rights you have.

7. Changes to This Policy

Tasksyy may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will give reasonable prior notice before they take effect, for example by updating the "Last updated" date on this page and by a platform notice or email, and where required by applicable law we will ask for your express consent.
