Third-Party Payment Processing: All payment processing and escrow services are provided by an independent third-party payment processor. Tasksyy does not directly hold, process, or have access to funds held in escrow. Transaction security, fund management, and payment processing are subject to the escrow provider’s own terms of service and privacy policy in addition to our own. 3%–5% client service fee is charged and collected by the escrow provider, not by Tasksyy.
Fee Structure and Timing: The 10% platform commission is charged to freelancers only upon successful project completion and client approval. 3%–5% client service fee is charged to clients when funding a project. Fee percentages are subject to change with reasonable notice. Enterprise volume discounts are negotiated on a case-by-case basis and may vary.
Payment Clearance Timing: Payment clearance timelines (typically 3–5 business days) are estimates based on normal processing conditions. Actual timing may vary due to payment method, bank processing, verification procedures, holidays, disputes, or other factors beyond our control. These timelines are not guaranteed and should not be considered contractual commitments.
Support Response Times: Response time estimates (12–48 hours standard, same-day aim for Enterprise) represent typical performance under normal conditions. Actual times may vary based on inquiry volume, complexity, or circumstances beyond our control. These are not service level guarantees.
