How It Works

Paying or receiving money outside Tasksyy is not allowed — it removes your protection, so we don't permit it.
If Something Goes Wrong
If a freelancer doesn't deliver as agreed, you can request a revision, partial refund, or full refund. Our Resolution Team reviews disputes fairly and aims to respond within 5–7 business days.
3. Verified Users
Every account verifies their email or phone number. Freelancers may also be asked to complete ID verification (KYC) so we can confirm they're real, legitimate professionals.
4. Honest Reviews
Only buyers who completed an order can leave a review, so ratings stay honest. Freelancers with strong ratings get more visibility; those with poor performance may face warnings or limits.
5. Every Order Is Tracked
We track deadlines and send reminders if a freelancer is running late. Once work is delivered, buyers get time to review it, ask for changes, or approve it — with escrow protection backing every order.
6. Rules That Keep Tasksyy Safe
We don't allow fake profiles, spam, harassment, illegal services, off-platform payments, or copyright violations. Breaking these rules can lead to warnings, suspension, or a permanent ban.
