Client (Employer) Agreement

1. Parties & Scope

This agreement is between you, as an Employer, and TASKSYY INTERNATIONAL LTD (Company Number: 17088961), registered at 2a Connaught Avenue, London, United Kingdom, E4 7AA ("Tasksyy").

It applies when you create an Employer account, post a project, order a service or fund a milestone on Tasksyy. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

2. Account & Identity Verification

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into contracts.

You may hold only one active Employer account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date.

Tasksyy may ask you to complete identity or business verification before you fund a wallet, post a large project or unlock higher limits.

3. Posting Rules

Your project posts should describe the work, the budget and the expectations clearly and accurately.

You must not post work that is unlawful, that infringes another person's rights, or that is prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy.

Tasksyy may review, restrict or remove a post that breaches these rules.

4. Funding & Milestone Release

Payments on Tasksyy are processed by our third-party payment provider, Bachs. By making a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that your payment details are processed according to Bachs' security guidelines and terms. Tasksyy does not directly store or process credit card details or sensitive financial credentials on its servers.

The processing of payments is subject to the applicable terms and policies of Bachs and any other relevant payment providers.

Tasksyy does not guarantee that every payment method or transaction will be available in every country. Payments may be subject to verification, security checks, and applicable legal requirements.

Posting a job: posting a job normally costs 50 credits ($5.00). Posting a job is free until 31 December 2026. From 1 January 2027 the normal charge applies. 1 credit is worth $0.10.

5. Review Window & Auto-Acceptance

After a Freelancer submits a deliverable, you have a 3-calendar-day review window (or the agreed milestone duration) to inspect it.

Where permitted by applicable law, if you do not respond and do not open a revision or dispute request within that window, the deliverable may be treated as accepted and the relevant milestone funds may be released to the Freelancer.

This does not remove any statutory rights you may have.

6. Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of your agreement with Tasksyy.

Where a refund is approved, it is processed back to the original payment method or returned to your Tasksyy account balance, depending on how you paid.

7. Intellectual Property in Deliverables

Ownership of deliverables is a matter to be agreed between you and the Freelancer. Tasksyy does not determine, assign or transfer intellectual property rights in deliverables.

You and the Freelancer should agree the position on ownership and licensing before work begins.

8. Prohibited Work

You must not request work that is unlawful, that infringes another person's rights, or that is prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy.

This includes work that would help anyone evade sanctions or export controls, or that would produce academic cheating material.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tasksyy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in this agreement limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time, provided you have no active orders, pending disputes or outstanding wallet obligations.

Tasksyy may suspend or close an account that breaches this agreement, the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy.

11. Disputes & Appeals

If a disagreement arises about a deliverable, you and the Freelancer should first try to resolve it through platform messaging.

If you cannot agree, either party may open a dispute. Tasksyy may review the project information, files, revision history and platform communications, and may make a determination on the release of funds held through the platform. This does not remove any legal rights you have.

You may appeal a decision by writing to legal@tasksyy.com within 30 days.

12. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer, nothing in this agreement affects rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 in the United Kingdom, and comparable law in your country of residence.

Where local law gives you a right that this agreement cannot exclude, that right continues to apply.

13. Changes to This Agreement

Tasksyy may update this agreement from time to time. When we make material changes, we will give reasonable prior notice before they take effect, for example by updating the "Last updated" date on this page and by a platform notice or email, and where required by applicable law we will ask for your express consent.
