Simple pricing, built on credits
Tasksyy is an online marketplace where employers post jobs and freelancers apply for them. Browsing gigs, messaging and custom offers are free to use. Posting a job and applying for a job use credits. Here is what they cost.
Pricing at a glance
Each of the four figures below is shown in credits and in US dollars.
The base unit. Prices on Tasksyy are set in credits, and 1 credit is worth $0.10.
A freelancer spends 5 credits each time they submit an application. The credit is spent at the point of submission.
An employer spends 50 credits to publish a job. Applications from freelancers for that posting are received through the platform.
When a project is completed, Tasksyy takes 10% of the project payment. The freelancer keeps the other 90%.
Worked example
A job is posted with a budget of $1,000 and the work is completed. The payment is split like this.
The amount agreed between employer and freelancer.
Tasksyy commission: $100.00, which is 10% of the project payment.
Credit costs are separate
Credits are not deducted from the project payment. They are a separate cost paid at the point of posting or applying, and they do not change the amount the freelancer is paid for the work.
| Who pays | What they pay | Value | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| Employer | 50 credits to post the job | $5.00 | At the point of publishing |
| Freelancer | 5 credits to apply for the job | $0.50 | At the point of submitting the application |
| Freelancer | 10% commission on the completed payment | $100.00 | Deducted from the payout when the payment is released |
