TASKSYY BLOG GUIDE

A Service is how you sell your work to Employers who already know what they want. They find it, compare your packages, and hire you without needing to write a brief. That makes a good Service one of the most useful things you can set up as a Freelancer on Tasksyy.

But a Service only works if an Employer can understand it in a few seconds and trust it enough to buy. This guide covers how to choose what to offer, how to write it and how to structure your packages.

Choose one clear offer per Service

The most common mistake is trying to sell everything in one Service. “I will do web design, SEO, logos and social media” is hard to price, hard to compare and hard to trust.

Instead, pick one outcome an Employer would search for. For example:

  • “I will design a five-page WordPress website for a small business”
  • “I will write SEO blog articles for B2B software companies”
  • “I will edit short vertical videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels”

If you offer several different things, create a separate Service for each. That way, each one can be specific, and you appear in more relevant searches.

1

Write a title that says what you deliver

Your title should tell an Employer exactly what they get. A simple pattern works well: what you will do + for whom or on which platform.

  • Weak: “Professional design services”
  • Better: “I will design a modern logo for your café or restaurant”

Use the words an Employer would actually type into search. Avoid filler like “best”, “top quality” or “cheap”. They do not help anyone decide.

2

Write a description that answers questions before they are asked

Employers want to know four things: what is included, how the process works, what you need from them, and what they receive at the end. Structure your description around those points.

A simple structure

  1. Who it is for: one sentence about the kind of client this Service suits.
  2. What you will deliver: a short list of deliverables.
  3. How it works: the steps from order to delivery.
  4. What you need from the Employer: content, access, logos, examples.
  5. What is not included: so there are no surprises.

Example

“This Service is for small businesses that need a simple, professional website. I will build a five-page WordPress site with a contact form and basic on-page SEO. After you order, I will send a short questionnaire. You will receive a first version within four days, then we will refine it together. Please have your logo and page text ready. Copywriting and hosting are not included.”

That description is short, but an Employer knows exactly what to expect.

3

Structure your packages so they are easy to compare

Packages let you offer different levels of the same Service, each with its own price, delivery time and number of revisions. Good packages make the choice easy.

Tips for packages

  • Change one or two things between packages, not everything. For example, the number of pages or the number of concepts. If each package is completely different, Employers cannot compare them.
  • Name them clearly. Descriptive names such as “Landing page”, “Five-page site” and “Site with blog” are easier to understand than vague labels.
  • Be realistic about delivery time. Give yourself enough time to do good work and handle a revision. Delivering on time builds trust faster than promising speed.
  • Set a sensible number of revisions. Enough for normal feedback, not unlimited.

Example package structure

PackageWhat is includedDeliveryRevisions
Landing pageOne page with contact form3 days1
Five-page siteFive pages, contact form, basic SEO7 days2
Site with blogFive pages, blog setup, basic SEO, handover video10 days3

The prices are up to you. The point is that the difference between packages is obvious at a glance.

4

Use a cover image that explains the Service

Your cover image is often the first thing an Employer sees in search results. Keep it simple:

  • Show the result of your work, or a clean graphic with the Service name.
  • Keep text large and short. Many people browse on their phones.
  • Use your own work or images you have the right to use.
  • Do not add personal contact details to the image. Keep communication and payment on Tasksyy.
5

Price with confidence

Pricing is personal, but a few principles help:

  • Work out how long the Service really takes you, including communication and revisions.
  • Set a price that makes that time worthwhile for you.
  • Look at similar Services on Tasksyy to understand the range, but do not simply undercut everyone. A clear, well-structured Service can justify a fair price.
  • Remember that any applicable Tasksyy fees are deducted from your earnings.

What happens after you publish

The Tasksyy team reviews every new Service before it goes live. Once it is approved, Employers can find it in search and on your profile.

When an Employer buys one of your packages, the order starts. You deliver through Tasksyy, the Employer reviews the work and can request a revision within the package, and then completes the order. Your earnings are added to your Tasksyy wallet when the order is completed.

Keep improving it

A Service is not something you write once and forget. Every few weeks, ask yourself:

  • Are Employers asking the same questions? Answer them in the description.
  • Is one package much more popular? Consider adjusting the others.
  • Do you have new examples of your work? Update the cover image or description.

Checklist before you publish

  • One clear offer per Service
  • A title that says what you deliver
  • A description covering who, what, how, what you need and what is excluded
  • Packages that are easy to compare
  • Realistic delivery times and revisions
  • A clean cover image with no personal contact details
