1. Our Approach to Trust & Safety

Tasksyy is a marketplace that connects Employers and Freelancers. Because users interact with people they may not know personally, maintaining a safer marketplace requires cooperation between Tasksyy and its users.

Tasksyy uses a combination of platform rules, account controls, security measures, identity verification, transaction controls and reporting processes to help reduce risks.

These measures are designed to support a trustworthy marketplace but cannot guarantee that every interaction, user, Service, Project or transaction will be safe or successful.

2. Account Safety

Users are responsible for keeping their Tasksyy accounts secure.

You should:

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Keep your login information private.
• Use available account security features.
• Review account activity for anything unusual.
• Contact Tasksyy if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must not allow another person to use your account in a way that violates Tasksyy's rules or creates a security risk.

3. Identity Verification

Tasksyy may require identity verification for certain marketplace activities or where verification is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or legal requirements.

Verification may be required before a user can access certain functionality, create a Service, accept a Project, begin paid work or withdraw funds where supported.

Users must provide accurate information and must not submit another person's identity documents or information without authorization.

4. Payment Safety

Marketplace payments should be completed through the payment process provided by Tasksyy for the relevant transaction.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processing partners.

Users should never provide payment-card information, passwords, authentication codes or other sensitive financial credentials to another user through marketplace messages.

If someone asks you to make a payment outside the normal Tasksyy process, treat the request with caution and report it where appropriate.

5. Communication

Clear communication helps reduce misunderstandings between Employers and Freelancers.

Users should keep important project requirements, deliverables, deadlines and other material agreements within the appropriate Tasksyy marketplace communication channels where available.

Users should not share unnecessary sensitive information, passwords, authentication codes or financial credentials with other users.

Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing or fraudulent communications are not permitted.

6. User Responsibilities

Every user plays a role in maintaining a safer marketplace.

Users should:

• Provide accurate information.
• Communicate honestly and professionally.
• Review Services and Projects carefully before agreeing to work.
• Protect account and payment information.
• Respect other users.
• Follow the Tasksyy Terms of Service and applicable policies.
• Report suspicious or harmful activity promptly.

7. Prohibited Activity

Tasksyy does not permit activity that creates unreasonable risks to users, the marketplace or the integrity of transactions.

Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

• Fraud or attempted fraud.
• Impersonation or identity deception.
• Unauthorized access to another account.
• Use of stolen or unauthorized payment information.
• Manipulation of transactions or reviews.
• False refund or dispute claims.
• Harassment, threats or abusive conduct.
• Malicious software or attempts to compromise the platform.
• Illegal goods, services or activities.
• Attempts to bypass platform security or verification.

Additional prohibited conduct is described in the Tasksyy Terms of Service and other applicable marketplace policies.

8. Fraud & Scams

Users should be cautious of requests that appear unusual, urgent or inconsistent with normal marketplace activity.

Warning signs may include:

• Requests to send money directly to another person.
• Requests for passwords or verification codes.
• Requests to move a transaction outside Tasksyy to avoid normal processes.
• Promises of payment in exchange for unrelated actions.
• Requests involving suspicious links, files or software.
• Requests for sensitive personal or financial information.

If something appears suspicious, stop the interaction and report it to Tasksyy.

9. Off-Platform Payments

Moving a Tasksyy marketplace transaction outside the platform can remove important marketplace processes and security controls.

Users must not use Tasksyy to arrange work and then move payment off-platform for the purpose of avoiding applicable fees, protections, transaction processes or security controls.

10. Content & Marketplace Listings

Services, Projects, Proposals, profiles, reviews, images, files and other marketplace content must be accurate, lawful and appropriate for the Tasksyy marketplace.

Users must not upload or publish content that:

• Infringes another person's intellectual property or other rights.
• Contains malicious software.
• Misrepresents a service, person or transaction.
• Contains unlawful or prohibited material.
• Is intended to facilitate fraud or abuse.
• Unnecessarily exposes another person's private information.

Tasksyy may review or take action concerning content where reasonably necessary to enforce marketplace rules, protect users, maintain security or comply with applicable law.

11. Protecting Personal Information

Users should share only the personal information necessary for legitimate marketplace purposes.

Do not request or share another person's passwords, authentication codes, payment credentials or other highly sensitive information through marketplace communications.

Users should also consider whether personal information is necessary before including it in Project attachments, Service materials, work samples or other uploaded files.

12. Reporting a Problem

If you encounter suspicious, fraudulent, abusive or unsafe activity on Tasksyy, report it as soon as reasonably possible.

Do not knowingly submit false or misleading reports.

13. Reviews & Feedback

Reviews and ratings should reflect a user's genuine experience with a Service, Project or transaction.

Users must not:

• Create fake reviews.
• Offer or request payment in exchange for a particular review.
• Threaten another user over a review.
• Manipulate ratings through fake accounts or transactions.
• Use reviews to publish private or unrelated information.

Tasksyy may take action against reviews or related activity that violates marketplace rules, subject to applicable law.

14. Marketplace Disputes

Employers and Freelancers should first attempt to resolve ordinary transaction issues through clear communication.

Where a Tasksyy dispute process is available, Tasksyy may review relevant information including Service descriptions, Project requirements, Proposals, messages, files, milestones, delivery records and transaction information.

Tasksyy's review process does not guarantee a particular outcome and does not replace legal rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Safety Enforcement

Where permitted by applicable law, Tasksyy may take appropriate action when it identifies activity that may create a significant risk to users, transactions or the platform.

Depending on the circumstances, actions may include:

• Requesting additional information or verification.
• Removing or restricting marketplace content.
• Restricting certain account functionality.
• Delaying or reviewing transactions or withdrawals.
• Suspending an account.
• Terminating an account where permitted by applicable law.
• Cooperating with appropriate authorities where legally required or permitted.

Tasksyy may consider the nature and seriousness of the activity, available evidence, security considerations and applicable law when taking action.

16. Important Limitations

Trust and safety measures can reduce certain marketplace risks, but they cannot eliminate all risks associated with online interactions or transactions.

Tasksyy does not guarantee the identity, conduct, qualifications, legality, quality or reliability of every user or Service.

Users should exercise reasonable judgment when choosing who to work with, reviewing requirements, sharing information and completing transactions.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
