TASKSYY INTERNATIONAL LTD is the Data Controller responsible for your personal information under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

Tasksyy provides an online environment where Employers can find Freelancers, purchase Services, post Projects, and manage transactions safely through our escrow and wallet mechanisms.

Do not publish passwords, payment credentials, government identification numbers or other highly sensitive information in public areas of Tasksyy.

Where verification is required, we or an authorized verification service provider may process information necessary to complete the verification process.

This may include profile images, Service images, Project attachments, work samples and other content that you choose to upload.

Uploaded files may be stored and processed using third-party cloud storage and infrastructure providers that support the operation of the Tasksyy marketplace.

You are responsible for ensuring that files you upload do not contain information that you are not legally permitted to share and do not violate another person's rights.

Tasksyy facilitates marketplace-related payments, credits, wallet balances, refunds, escrow holds, and withdrawals through authorised third-party payment processing partners and financial institution providers.

PCI-DSS Compliance: Tasksyy does not directly collect, store, or process full payment card numbers, CVV security codes, or bank account credentials on our servers. All payment card details are transmitted directly to and processed by third-party payment processors certified under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

We receive only transaction metadata necessary to run the marketplace, including transaction status, charge amount, currency, payout reference numbers, and masked card details (e.g., last 4 digits).
